During your first appointment with us, we’ll take an impression of your teeth and create your bespoke whitening trays for you to take away and use at home along with the Enlighten Evolution™ whitening gel.

You should apply your whitening trays and wear them overnight consecutively for two weeks to allow the ingredients to penetrate your enamel and achieve long-lasting brightness.

In your kit, you will also receive Enlighten’s tooth serum. This is a toothpaste that contains hydroxyapatite, and when used twice a day, it repairs microscopic holes in your enamel to keep sensitivity to a minimum throughout your whitening treatment.

We’ll also provide top-up syringes, which will help you maintain your new sparkling white shade.

You won’t have to cut any of your favourite foods and drinks out of your diet – such as tea and coffee or red wine – and applying the whitening gel to your teeth for just an hour every three weeks will do the trick to ensure your results are as long-lasting as possible.
