Got stained or discoloured teeth and want to restore your teeth to their natural pearly white shade?
Whether your discolouration is a result of years worth of tea and coffee drinking, or they have yellowed with age, we have the perfect solution to help brighten your smile.
360 Whitening is an excellent at-home whitening system we are proud to recommend to our patients.
360 Whitening contains 6% hydrogen peroxide suitable for daytime use with a custom-fit whitening tray. Patients could see noticeable results in as little as one hour of use per day.
It is a gentler formula that whitens the teeth more gradually and is ideal for patients with sensitive teeth.

When you choose 360 Whitening at Shawlands Dental Care, you’ll have two appointments with us before we send you home with your whitening gel and trays.
During your first visit, we’ll take a digital scan of your teeth and send them off to 360 Whitening so that they can create your bespoke whitening trays to the highest standard.
2 weeks later at your second appointment, your whitening trays will be fitted and we’ll give you a full demonstration of how to apply the whitening gel.
At Shawlawnds Dental, we’ll provide everything you need for your tooth whitening journey, including the whitening gel and custom-made whitening trays.
Almost everyone will be able to whiten their teeth using 360 Whitening – even patients who have sensitive teeth.
Like other teeth whitening treatments, you may not be suitable for 360 whitening if you have oral health problems like gum disease and dental decay.
To assess your suitability for 360 whitening, you’ll need to have a consultation with our dentists, who will take a look at the condition of your teeth and gums and recommend alternative or additional treatments so that you can whiten your teeth safely.
An important thing to note is that only registered dental professionals, such as ourselves, can prescribe 360 whitening products and you shouldn’t seek treatment from tanning and beauty salons, or anywhere else that offers 360 whitening.
Unlike many other teeth whitening treatments that only remove surface staining, the 360 Whitening gel lightens your teeth from within, whilst simultaneously removing surface stains.
The unique gel breaks down to form oxygen ions, that safely penetrate deep into the teeth to help you achieve a beautiful, pearly-white smile within, and sometimes in less than a week.

The results of 360 teeth whitening can last anywhere from 6 months to 3 years, depending on your oral hygiene habits, diet, and lifestyle.
However, you can touch up your teeth with additional bleaching treatments as needed. To maintain your bright smile, it's recommended to avoid staining foods and drinks, such as coffee and red wine, and to follow up with regular dental cleanings at Shawlands Dental Care.
Many patients notice a difference in the whiteness of their teeth after just one 360 whitening session.
